Hill Energy Services acts as the Energy Advisor to Raymour & Flanigan Furniture, the Northeast’s largest and fastest-growing furniture retailer. Since 2008, we have helped the 110-store chain realize millions of dollars in savings and avoided costs. Some of the services we provide are:

Cambridge Savings Bank (CSB) is one of the largest Community Banks in Massachusetts, with 15 branches in Greater Boston and over $2 billion in assets. The Bank has long been recognized as a leader in energy efficiency. Hill Energy Services serves as CSB’s energy adviser, providing technical, utilities budgeting and energy procurement services. We also provide the benchmarking and labeling support for the Bank’s participation in the US EPA’s Energy Star Program. Cambridge Savings’ retail banking centers were the first bank branches in the country to earn the Energy Star designation.

BERDO Third-Party Verification, Boston MA

Hill Energy Services has served as a third-party verifier for over 60 buildings in Boston, under the city's new Building Emissions Reporting and Disclosure Ordinance. Nick has worked with his customers - businesses, universities, property managers and condominium associations to plan out strategies to cost-effectively meet the greenhouse gas reduction requirements of the ordinance. Nick has also worked with customers facing similar municipal requirements in New York City, Philadelphia and Cambridge, MA.
